must read and agree to be bided by these Payment Terms of Service (hereinafter

change, from time to time, this Payment Terms, and the changes are effective

| The company allows paid members or subscribers to
get in touch with anyone on EC Matching.com. Under no circumstances,
all services are not refundable nor transferable, except as provided
in paragraph (6). |

| The credit card that you provided as part of your
Registration Data for Paypal.com will automatically and immediately
be billed. All currency paying online references are in U.S. dollars.
We accept offline cash payment in H.K. dollars, R.M.B. and U.S. dollars. |

| 3. Security of Payment System |
| The online payment system is provided by PayPal that
is an account-based system allowing anyone with an email address securely
send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.
PayPal provides SSL technology to keep your information safe. When
you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive
financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
However, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

company, you authorize the company or its agents or its services providers
to access third party sites designated by you or on your behalf, to
retrieve information requested by you, and you appoint the company

permitting the company and its agents and its services providers to
process your request and use information submitted by you to accomplish
the foregoing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
and account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur
using your password or account. Please notify the company immediately
of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach
of security. The company will not be liable for any loss that you
may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account,
either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else's
