| 5. Payment for Add-on Services |
| Payment occurs on a pre-pay monthly basis and payment
will be automatically renewed at the end of the date. Your billing
date will depend upon which date you purchase. For example, if you
purchase on January 15th, you will be charged again on February 15th
and then again on March 15th, and so on until you apply for termination
of services. Please note that if you have received a free offer for
a specific period of time, then you will not be charged during the
free time period. |

| 6. Cancellation for Add-on Services |
| To terminate or cancel the add-on services, you must
fill in and send us the Termination Form by 12-day before the billing
date. Your cancellation of services will take effect and you will
not be charged again starting on the next billing date. For example,
if you apply for cancellation of services, you will still have the
services until the day before the billing date. If you apply by less
than 12-day before the billing date, you will still be charged for
the next month and the cancellation of services will take effect in
the next month after. |

| 7. Termination |
| If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your
add-on services will be suspended or cancelled immediately and you
can still receive emails sent by other EC Matching.com's members.

| 8. Additional Terms |
| If by reason of death or disability you are unable
to receive all the services for which you purchased, you or your estate
may elect to be relieved of the obligation to make payments for the
services other than those received before death or the onset of disability,
except as provided in paragraph (c). |
| (a) |
If your have pre-paid any amount for the services,
so much of the amount pre-paid that is allocable to services
that the buyer has not received shall be promptly refunded to
you or your representative. |
| (b) |
By definition, "disability" means a
condition that precludes you from physically using the services
during the term of disability and the condition is verified
in writing by a physician designated and remunerated by you.
The written verification of the physician shall be presented
to the company. |
| (c) |
If the physician determines that the duration
of the disability will be less than six months, the company
may extend the term of these Additional Terms for a period of
six months at no additional charge to you in lieu of cancellation. |
