termination is confirmed, your personal profile and purchased/unused
contact tokens will be cancelled/terminated permanently. All of the
purchased contact tokens, credits or subscription fees will not be
refunded, transferred or suspended. This web site and/or the company
reserves the right to terminate your membership in this web site for
any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address
you provided in your application, or such other email address as you
may later provide to the company. If the company terminates your membership
in the service of this web site because you have breached this Agreement,
you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused contact tokens,
credits or subscription fees. Even after termination of membership,
this Agreement will remain in full force and in effect. |
