The billing dates of members are different according to the very first time the date you purchased. The billing system is set up to charge your credit card automatically on the same day every month until you apply for stopping to be billed.
You must apply and send us the Termination Form by 12-day before the billing date in order to stop being billed. Otherwise, you will still be billed for the next month.

| Membership Cancellation |
If you want to cancel your membership at EC Matching.com, what you need to do is simply complete the cancellation process. Please note that your personal profile and purchased contact tokens will be cancelled permanently. All of the purchased contact tokens and credits will not be refunded.
If you want to reactivate your membership, you have to apply again. |
